365-Day Return and Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Products eligible for return include everything we sell online.
  2. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  3. Proof of purchase [i.e, receipt (one you receive during delivery)] is required for all returns.
  4. Products not meeting the above conditions will only qualify for store credit.

Return Process

  1. Step 1: Contact our team at torccofficial@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
  2. Step 2: Customers are responsible for shipping the return to our provided address. Pre-paid return labels are not available.
  3. Step 3: Ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. TORCC is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during shipping.

Refunds

  1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1-2 weeks of receiving the returned product.
  2. The refund amount will be based on the current price of the product at the time of return. For example:
    • If you purchased two T-shirts for ₹1499 and return one after 180 days, and the price of the T-shirt is now ₹349, you will receive ₹349 as a refund.
  3. Refunds are only provided if all return conditions are met.
  4. If the returned product is damaged or not in its original condition, store credit will be issued instead of a refund.

Important Notes

  1. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  2. International returns are not accepted at this time.
  3. We do not offer exchanges—only refunds or store credits as applicable.
